The unknown airline ordered $450m of Super First Class Suites
It is rumored that a mysterious airline ordered from B/E Aerospace $450m of super-suites. Whose would it be? Emirates? Qatar? or this big spender is somebody else? Still a big riddle. The only thing known is that this airline was described as a “major international airline” and “one of the world’s leading global airlines.” Due to understandable reasons, B/E Aerospace is sticking to a non-disclosure policy before the official launch date.
B/E Aerospace is a big manufacturer of airline industry products, including aircraft cabin seating, lighting systems, oxygen systems, food and beverage preparation and storage equipment, galley systems, and modular lavatory systems. In addition, B/E Aerospace is a leader in modern design techniques. The company provides seats for United, Emirates, Qatar, and many others.
On the official website of B/E Aerospace are 2 Super First Class product families: Oasis and Apex. Both cabins are the representatives of the latest generation of first class cabins, spacious and private, to enhance the comfort of the passenger. The new Suites will have a wide living space for relaxation and work, super long rectangular beds, undisturbed sleep for aisle passengers, and discreet cabin service to outboard/window passengers.
Where?
Super First Class Suites will debut on the new Boeing 777. Other options are: Boeing 787, Airbus A380, and A350 jets.
When?
As for now, the new Super First Class cabin launch is predicted in late 2017. The same as for the upgraded Boeing 777, where these luxury seats will be available for passengers. We need to be patient and wait for more news about Super First Class to come!
