At The Airport
When you arrive at the airport, you can check-in by following the prompts to the self-serve kiosks. Once there, you can attend to the below, however, Qantas chauffeur drive service has been discontinued:
- View your flight details
- Change your allocated seat
- Check-in a companion traveling on the same flight in the same cabin but on a different booking
- Input your Frequent Flyer details
- Print your boarding pass
- Bag check-in – for international Business class 2 pieces (maximum 32kg (70lb) per piece)
Qantas Business Class Lounges

When flying from the US, you will have access to Los Angeles – International Business Lounge, San Francisco’s – Air France-KLM Business Lounge (partner), and Honolulu’s- International Business Lounge, to name a few. Qantas Business Class Seats
Both A330 and B787-9 seats adjust to fully-flat beds and come with a 100% cotton duvet, mattress, and pillow with a table to continue working. Both A330 and the B787-9 seat configurations are set in a 1-2-1 formalization, which gives every passenger direct aisle access. The A330 was designed in collaboration with Marc Newson, with a focus on practicality, comfort, privacy, and style.

Waiting on your seat are Qantas business class pajamas and stylish Amernites kits which include:
- Dental kit featuring a bamboo toothbrush and White Glo toothpaste packaged in a recycled sleeve
- Terry cotton and jersey eyeshade
- Socks made from 30% bamboo with a polyester blend
- Earplugs packaged in recycled paper
- Australian botanical wellness set including Li-Tya lip balm, face cream, and hand cream packaged in recycled craft paper
- An information card
